Start by sending us an enquiry through the contact form. Our team will guide you through the onboarding journey: application, KYC/KYB verification, business and website review, risk assessment, agreement and activation.

Requirements depend on your business type, so the exact list is confirmed during onboarding. Most businesses should expect to share business registration details, identity documents for authorised signatories and business bank details. See Before You Apply for a checklist.

Payment providers usually review a merchant's website before activation, including its Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, its Refund/Cancellation Policy. Having these ready can help your application.

It depends on your business and how quickly documents are provided. We do not publish a fixed approval timeline.

Developer resources are linked from Developers & Integrations. Our team can also help you choose an integration approach during onboarding.

Yes. Some business types are prohibited or restricted. See Prohibited & Restricted Businesses. The approved list is being finalised, and eligibility is always subject to the approved policy.
